How can I see the prices for the individual items?
You must be logged in to see your valid prices.
What is the best way to search for the product I want?
You can find the product you want either with our search bar or our product navigation.
Where can I view the CAD data?
You can view the CAD data under your product. You can also download the product info in German under the description.
How do I request a quote?
After you add your products to the shopping cart, you can submit a request for a quote under the shopping cart. You can send it right away, save it temporarily or withdraw it as needed.

How do I register for the shop?
You can register for the shop under “Please register”. Please have your company address and VAT ID ready.
Our company is already a customer – do I still have to register?
Yes, each contact requires its own shop access.
How can I change my e-mail or billing address?

How can I change my password?
Go to “Forgot password” in the login screen, enter your e-mail address and save. You will then receive an e-mail and you can change your password.

What is the difference between the shopping cart and the shopping list?
The shopping list is a reorderable watch list and the shopping cart is a place for products to be purchased. Several watch lists or shopping carts can be created.

Payment can be made by credit card or invoice.

Order and delivery
Where can I view the orders I have already placed?
Under “Orders”, the purchases you have already made can be viewed under the respective order number.
What shipping options are available, and what do they cost?
Standard shipping through the web shop is free within the EU. You pay an extra fee for express delivery.
Can I track my order or view the shipment history?
You can track your orders after they have been shipped by clicking on the tracking link in the detailed order.
